• Compiling all necessary information for the product including manufacturing number, product number, country of manufacturing, size dimensions, and price. Once the information is collected I then log all products into the inventory software.
• Conducted sales calls selling a wide range of products ranging upwards of $100,000.
• Background research and logistics on potential buying opportunities around the United States.
• Travel to locations to complete purchases and find transport for the product.
• Identified new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, marketing and prospective database leads.
• Created customized solutions for clients'' unique needs, resulting in enhanced customer loyalty.

● Organized, planned, and executed our game day Fan Zone activations. This included scheduling logistics with vendors prior to the game day. Once on site, I was responsible for ensuring that each vendor knew their correct positions within the stadium as well as facilitated the signing of waivers by all minors participating in said activities. Once the game ended, I would also help with the load out logistics of each partner. Activation partners this past season included Wynn Sports Betting, GMC, BMW, Hyundai, Central BBQ, St. Jude Hospital, Fat Bottom Brewery, Heineken and many more.

● Organized and oversaw the Backline Supporter section within the stadium. This included setting up the stands within the stadium with drums, flags, and promotional goods. Once the game started I was tasked with sitting in the supporter section to ensure that there was an inviting and lively atmosphere within the fan zone.

● Oversaw and facilitated the day of activities, logistics and hospitality for the game day National Anthem singer and the “Gibson Guitars riff” player. This included established artists that are based within the greater Nashville area as well as their respective team members. This past season featured artists like Jon Oates, Judah and the Lion, Joe Bonnamasa, Breeland, Moontaxi, Charlotte Sands, Raelynn, Jordan Davis, Devon Gillfillian, Jessie James Decker, Jared James Nichols and many more.

● Hosted and handled hospitality for any VIPs that Nashville SC would invite to the game. This involved making sure our guests were well taken care of once on site, and made it to their seats with ease. A few notable VIPs this past season included Brett Kern (Titans), Harold Landry III (Titans), Eric Decker (NFL Retired), as well as many established business and local officials from Nashville.
