`Named 1st Head Strength Coach at the University of North Texas.

`Named 1st Head Strength coach at the University of Houston.

`Prior to the NFL. I was the Strength coach for the Santa Monica Track Club. My athletes included Carl Lewis, Leroy Burrell, Mike Marsh, Floyd Heard, 1st Bahamian to win an Olympic medal, Frank Rutherford among others. In all, we set 6 world records.

2- times 100 meter world record holder.

4- times 4x1 world record holders. Coached athletes in the 1992 Barcelona Olympic games as well as the 1996 Atlanta Olympic games. In all, 12 Olympic medals.
