• Implemented a patient transportation service with Butterfli Transportation at Los Angeles Medical Center, which resulted in a cost saving of more than $500,000. Project won the Certificate of Excellence in Affordability.
• During the COVID-19 Pandemic, assisted with the development and management Kaiser Permanente Orange County's COVID testing sites and vaccination centers. Total of Three drive-thru testing sites and five vaccine centers.
