Gold Program

The GOLD PROGRAM was for high level leaders who had achieved operational excellence year after year all while developing/promoting leaders within company. Only 10 out of 200 applicants were chosen. This was a year of networking and collaborating with Leaders from across the organization. We focused on a number of topics from Critical Conversations to Driving Business through Analytics Reports. Only 5 leaders made it through the entire process as there were specific timelines for projects and events that were due during peak times. I was honored to be a part of this program and to have graduated!
