Team Member
Tim Hortons team members have many duties, including customer service, food preparation, and cleaning. They also work with cash registers, follow food safety standards, and maintain a positive attitude.
Customer service Greet customers, Take orders, Provide excellent customer service, and Listen to customers and apologize for complaints.
Food preparation Prepare and bake food, Prepare drinks, Follow recipe and presentation standards, Maintain food safety standards, and Ensure products are fresh and accurate.
Cleaning
- Maintain cleanliness of work area, dining room, restrooms, and parking lot
- Sweep, mop, and change garbage
- Clean behind the counter
- Follow "clean as you go" practices
Cash handling
- Process cash, debit, credit, and gift card transactions
- Count cash
- Open and close registers
- Participate in cash audits
Other duties Follow operational policies and procedures, Assist other team members, Maintain regular attendance, and Communicate with fellow team members.
