- Guide and support 600 students, 145 faculty and staff members with troubleshooting methods with easy-to-understand instructions
- Configure, repair and maintain the school's inventory of devices that include 450 iPads, 400 Chromebooks, 175 PC Thinkbooks and 50 PC desktops and other technology assets
- Perform software upgrades and monitor licensing
- Evaluate system compatibility and potential of new and existing programs and hardware to coordinate purchasing
- Contribute to onboarding and offboarding of staff in numerous positions throughout the fiscal year
- Prepare technology for onboarding staff and 75 new students each fiscal year
- Collect technology at the end of the school year from 220 students and modify inventory for removal of damaged or end of life units
- Maintain and troubleshoot projectors, document cams, and laptops for the projector in 30 classrooms.
