As a skilled CSR in this role, an integral component is part number and information retention, as some product numbers are nearly identical. Active listening while inputting customer orders with accuracy and speed. Maintaining a positive attitude in doing my part to create an environment built for a satisfied, returning customer. Having foresight for the customers needs, presenting & promoting products with full knowledge and confidence. Within the software, Mincron, I am required to initiate daily cash reconciliations, finalize orders by way of check processing, input large payments on customer accounts , and backorder control/maintenance. Along with accurate cash collection. I can update, review and complete active orders, transfer out of stock items, access new and existing customer accounts and more. Some physical tasks include cash exchanges, stocking, some heavy lifting, walking the warehouse to retrieve product and proper placement of items that may be out of place.

I, along side my small staff crafted personalized meal plans based on client dietary preferences, allergies and/or restrictions. Also utilizing the most efficient cooking processes to enhance service speed and quality. I had to plan, prep and execute dishes for small parties (up to 50) with catered food unique to the budget or theme. I managed kitchen inventory, ensuring fresh supplies while minimizing waste and then re-purposing said waste. Such as peels, rinds, leaves, seeds etc.

My duties included communication with dozens of customers during any shift. Correcting customer issues, if they may arise. Cash management, speed, accuracy, agility, positive attitude and memory in managing multiple orders simultaneously.
