Jonah Seifert

Because of past three jobs, I have become very used to and comfortable handling customer service. I have become well-versed in the art of telling people no and having to handle the potential consequences of that, whether it was in the dorms telling people to go back to their rooms, or telling people that we cannot take their Goodwill donation. I believe that I have a kind, calming presence while dealing with customers and that I would be well-versed for any customer service position.
