Led two separate teams. Claims team was responsible for accurate and timely evaluating and completing medical claims and Service Associates were connected with many different functions and teams within Insurance Solutions.

Stressed importance of quality and timeliness in Claims and Service. Holding individuals to set expectations and making appropriate adjustments within the work when needed. Balanced day of service and using resources to assist other areas within Insurance Solutions.

Led smaller and larger teams. At times needed to lead up to 40 employees and contractors due to leadership changes and seasonality of work.

Led multiple teams in different departments within two separate stores. Helped develop team members to move up within the company and had excellent track record of increasing sales nearly every year.

After college was promoted from Part Time, to Manager Trainee, to Second Assistant Manager, to First Assistant Manger, then to Department Manager. Worked with diverse and very different groups of people and had the privilege to be part of many successful teams.
