I am a data analyst specializing in public education. I have a wide range of experience from data wrangling and cleaning to dashboard design and insight communication as well as research and project management.

Research and data optimization: Researched optimal scales for recommendation metrics within program areas. I was able to effectively communicate and advocate for a new standard measurement called "Net Promoter Score" that is now widely used across the Texas Education Agency's Office of School Programs. 

Program evaluation: I was able to wrangle varied data sources siloed across program areas to pull together meaningful and accurate class rosters which were used to associate product use with student assessment outcomes. Statistical analysis was used to effectively evaluate the success of these products in their first year of implementation. 

Metric communication: I have leveraged cloud computing software to create live connections to vendor provided qualitative and quantitative data. Rigorous data cleaning and transformation was employed to blend these disparate data sources into a single meaningful dashboard that could compare metrics across multiple workstreams.
