Currently working as a Security Officer in a Level-3 Trauma Center. Working along with staff to best suit each patient and a strong focus on de-escalation tactics for patient safety. Our role being for the safety of everyone on site, campus access, emergency code procedures, monitoring surveillance systems, and documenting security incidents/suggestions.

• Responded immediately to emergency calls in the Emergency Department and on hospital property, utilizing verbal de-escalation to resolve physical and verbal altercations safely.
• Completed daily shift logs, activity reports, and detailed incident documentation in accordance with hospital policy and Joint Commission regulations.
• Trained new security officers on hospital policies, emergency response plans, and communication strategies.
• Coordinated routine fire drills, lockdowns, and other procedures for hospital staff to ensure preparedness in case of an emergency situation.

Performed routine vehicle security patrols for various retail store locations. Inspected building perimeters, secured exterior doors after hours, maintained a visible deterrent against theft/vandalism, and maintained daily shift logs.

Worked as a Park Custodian for the city, responsible for daily sanitation, groundskeeping, and facility maintenance across municipal parks and public recreational areas. Beyond standard custodial duties, regularly worked with other city departments to support community events, assist with seasonal tasks, and upkeep of equipment maintenance.

• Maintained cleanliness and sanitation in public facilities, while noting any needed maintenance needs for work orders.

Worked as a Rural Carrier for the USPS following a few main routes while commonly covering for other routes throughout the week. Normally working six days a week with various workloads, and most shifts being outside of normal routes, leading to quick thinking, time management, and problem solving.

• Delivered mail and packages efficiently to designated rural routes, and also providing customer support and purchase requests.
• Adapted quickly to changing conditions, and worked with team members to aid each other when needed.
• Improved customer satisfaction by consistently delivering mail accurately, on time, and when available such as making a second trip for certified mail.

Worked part time on turf maintenance ranging from mowing various levels of grass, raking bunkers, and repairing damage to the grass.

• Provided customer service to visitors and answered questions about the golf course.

Worked multiple roles throughout duration of stay. from stockings, receiving, and mod team. Unloading trucks and sorting inventory onto pallets that would either go to the floor to be stocked or with the use of heavy equipment be placed into storage. Helped stock shelves while teaching other associates due to being in a management track role, and helping oversee areas of the store.
