Jonathan Ceja

I am an Operations Manager offering high-level experience in the supervision of workover and completion operations. I'm capable of directing the work of completion consultants and supervisors. I've also successfully introduced lean manufacturing to boost productivity and reduce finishing costs to make sure profit is maximized. Throughout the time at Hiram Ceja Landscape, I've become well-organized and detail-oriented as well. These skills have helped me become more efficient and careful, which has helped in completing every task to the best of my ability. Lastly, I am also an exceptional communicator. I listen actively with an open mind, which is essential in avoiding conflict, discovering new opportunities, and moving forward.

I've played sports pretty much my whole life, and it's helped build me in terms of my character and my work ethic. I learned valuable teamwork skills in basketball and soccer by communicating with teammates and finding out the perfect role for each individual. Apart from basketball and soccer, boxing helped me stay hard no matter what my circumstances were. Not only did it make me stronger, but it taught me the beauty of uncertainty, which has helped me become more focused on the present moment. Lastly, clothing is one of my favorite hobbies because of the limitless creations and designs that you can make. I love drawing, and I hope one day I can present my ideas to the world with my clothing line.
