I'm currently employed at Findlay Honda in downtown Spokane. My duties on daily bases are diagnosing electrical and mechanical issues with anything related Hondas, personnel management, equipment management and overall shop perfmance. I deal with warranty clerks, sales department and customer on a professional level. I'm always ready for anything the dealership my give me. I deal with repeat customer complaints the other technicians can't solve.
