Yet, I found myself better able to work efficiently and independently, except for occasions requiring the authority of the Pharmacist. The customer interaction allowed me to easily adapt. The Tennessee State Health Board granted me a Pharmacy Technician license in January, 2016. In January 2017, two customers called the corporate office to formally comment on how I had served them.
