Monday -Friday Afternoon @Private Christian School

• Arriving to post on time, to set up traffic cones, signage and RING cameras for the day
• Assisting student drop off by directing traffic flow and helping students & staff to cross to respected campuses.
• Coordinating with school principals and administrators to see what to expect throughout the day.
• Full walkthrough of school grounds and assuring all door locks, school entries and exits are locked , secure and kept clear of any obstructions.
• Monitoring cameras on my designated laptop using ALIBI & RedLink, throughout the day.
• Greeting and directing any and all parents/ visitors to main office to sign in before entering school threshold.
• Communicating with school principals of any prohibited parents/ relatives from being on school grounds.
• Informing any and all unknown persons that may find themselves on campus during school hours and placing a “SECURE” in play for students and staff until said person(s) are completely off of property.
• Being able to identify an emergency/ crisis and placing a “HOLD, SECURE, or LOCKDOWN” when appropriate for students and staff
• Escorting children to pick up zone when parents arrive during school hours.
• Maintaining a CPR and First Aid certification
• Assisting children during car pool pick up at the end of the school day.

All in all, maintaining a secure environment for all students and staff each and every day.

Friday Night, Saturday and Sunday Morning @ Jewish Synagogue

• Standing at gate/ door entrance and allowing access to members of the synagogue ONLY
• Monitoring the parking lot of any trespassers
• Assessing any threats and taking action immediately
• Communicating with Rabbi of any new or visiting members

• Maintained safety and security of armored vehicles by properly securing valuables, locking vehicle doors and consistently observing surroundings.
• Increased safety awareness through regular participation in safety meetings and training sessions.
• Reduced risk of theft by adhering to strict safety protocols and communication procedures.

Hotel Security @ Red Rood Inn & Studio 6

• Walking around hotel property to track guests check outs and day renewals
• Monitoring cameras of any illicit or restricted activity that may be happening on property
• Escorting any homeless or solicitors off the property
• Calling 911 of any illegal activity that may be happening
• Documenting all hourly occurrences on a paper for the day manager to view.

• Greeting and seating guests
• Answering phone calls for take out orders, while executing sensational customer service by offering limited time offers and deals
• Welcoming guests in as they pick up order, and looking their names up in the system. Repeating their order back to confirm.
• Taking payments (cash or credit/ debit card) and ensuring to return exact change.
• Putting order together for guests and reviewing the bag to ensure all food that is paid for, is there.

• Working drive thru and front counter positions (sometimes both in a day)
• Greeting guests with a smile and positive attitude
• Taking orders accurately
• Cleaning store by mopping, sweeping , cleaning windows, cleaning drive thru pathway, wiping tables, and more
