After the month long required training, I was assianied to assist in the preperation of psych patients daliy living. This included waking them up at the designated time of medication pass, aquiring vitals signs for each paitient then recording data notes based on vitals. Other information that i was responsible for documenting was refusal of meds, blood sugar readings, incident reports and meal consumption. I was also, if is occured, required to respond to verbal or physical aggressive behavirol with proper P.M.A.B. approved techniques. work
