Born in Sweden, immigrated legally at the age of 12. Hardworking, kind-spirited, and easy to work with, bringing strong communication, teamwork, and if required, leadership skills. Experienced in marketing, budgeting, and time management through academic and entrepreneurial programs. As en Expeditor for first Selvin's, now Sette Sorelle, I coordinate the timely delivery of orders to ensure both guest satisfaction and efficient operations. Keeping track of each and every dish that goes out of the kitchen, to ensure that it is not only ready for delivery, but delivered correctly. Additionally, I also worked as a Server Assistant, Food Runner, and most of all, Barback, where I gained server experience taking orders and holding friendly conversations with guests daily.
As a TOHS student in the entrepreneurship program, I participated in the Virtual Enterprise National Competition, where teams from participating schools created businesses from the ground up using realistic procedures and hypothetical finances. Along with five other executives, I led our company through each stage of the competition and earned 15th place nationally in the Business Plan category out of tens of thousands of teams. I developed all marketing aspects of the company, assisted with financial and executive summaries, and presented our Business Plan multiple times before panels of judges. Through this experience, I gained a strong understanding of teamwork, workplace morality, leadership, and essential business skills.
