Very social, adaptable, and hardworking. Robust background in event service as well as behind-the-scenes restaurant/warehouse work and management. Strong focus on guest engagement and teamwork. Outside of work, leader in the Stratford Band and Theater. I am also currently working on my Eagle Scout Service Project, the last step in seven years of working to become an Eagle Scout.
I work events such as parties, corporate events, school Formals, weddings, and much more. A typical day consists of arriving at the venue in slacks, a button-down shirt, dress shoes, and a tie before the event to set up tables, food, and more. From there, once guests arrive I typically spend 1-2 hours passing hors d'oeuvres and socializing with guests. I then either pass food or operate a beverage/ food station for the seated meal portion of the event. This is quickly followed by cleaning and packing all of our equipment, and relocating to the Masraff's restaurant to assist with closing by washing dishes, cleaning the guest room, and unloading trucks. From there I can go to the companies warehouse to store any leftover beverages and equipment. A "long" day of work for me can run from 1pm to 2am the following morning.
