• Inspected production area daily to verify proper equipment operation.

• Operate and maintain a variety of equipment including, boilers, air compressors, ammonia compressors, evaporators, and condensers.
• Repair and install exhaust fans, air makeup systems, and 3 phase motor wiring.

• Perform day to day repair and inspection on a

range of equipment in the Waupaca Foundry millroom including, grind tables, blast cabinets, chain drive and V belt systems, automatic grinding systems and shaker conveyor systems.

• Developed and implemented strategies to improve maintenance processes, including improved machine guarding and engineering controls to reduce noise

• Service and repair of machinery in the pulp and paper industry, including dryer rolls, gearboxes, and steam powered systems.
• Use NDT methods (UT, VT, MT) on pressure vessels and other steam systems to insure facility and employee safety.
