My job was to learn and help install AC units in the residential field, and some of my responsibilities were.

• Install the outside condenser unit which involved knowing how to wire the unit correctly, braze/ weld the copper lines together properly for the refrigerant to cycle smoothly, make sure the unit was properly leveled and all other aspects of the job was up to code outside.
• Making sure we had the right equipment and supplies for the job for the day with an inventory checklist
• Assist the lead technician with the inside unit also known as the air handler with anything they needed
• Clean up the job site and load old units into the company van for proper disposal
• Speak with the homeowner and explain their paperwork and units to them
• And finally fill out proper forms about the job after it was complete

• Received and processed incoming shipments, verifying accuracy of items against purchase orders.
• Packed goods for shipment in accordance with customer instructions.
• Labeled containers correctly for product identification purposes.
• Prepared parcels for shipping in an efficient manner utilizing appropriate packing materials to protect goods during transit.
• Handled hazardous materials safely following prescribed regulations.
• Adhered strictly to company policies regarding quality control measures throughout the shipping process.
• Used pallet jacks to move items to and from warehouse locations.
• Picked and prepared numerous daily shipments in controlled atmosphere warehouse environment.
• Packed materials and items in designated crates and boxes and properly sealed and labeled crates.

I was a Back of House worker where I practiced food safety procedures, and was exceptional at making the brands food up to standards with efficient speed and quality with enough practice.

I handled customers needs with proper care and always had more than enough patience with complaints and provided service with a great attitude.
