I am a young aspiring Chef that graduated from the culinary Institute of America. I have a scholarship that I graduated with. I paid half of my tuition. I have one two different cooking competitions, one solo for chowder and one in a team group effort for competition ribs. I would say my biggest achievement that has to do with culinary is cooking for the Houston Astros my second year cooking for them. They won the World Series and became champions.
