- Successfully managed all operational aspects, including staffing, leasing, marketing, and construction relations to ensure on-time lease-up deadlines.
- Developed strategic marketing campaigns to increase visibility and attract prospective residents, driving early occupancy gains.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, acceptance walks, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing reports to senior management and property owners on budget performance, projected leasing metrics, and development progress.
