Maintain strong coverage of dealers, contractors. I began my career in the warehouse, gaining hands-on knowledge of operations, inventory management, and product flow. I then advanced into customer service, where I developed strong communication skills and a deep understanding of customer needs and order management. Building on that foundation, I transitioned into sales, leveraging my operational experience to better support customers and grow territory business. During this time, I worked under Operations Manager Ken Swartzkopf, who led operations for over 20 years, providing a strong operational culture and mentorship environment that shaped my understanding of the business from the ground up.
