In 2017, I held a position as Networking Promoting Surveys Leader. The objective of a NPS leader is to encourage coworkers, using different tactics, to create a positive and welcoming experience for patients. In doing so, patients are more incline to partake in our customer service surveys. During my time of leadership, the pharmacy customer service surveys results drastically inclined from 42% to 80%.
May of 2022, I was recognized by Jill Dietrich Mellon, Executive Director/CEO of VA Medical Center. By ways of an appreciation letter, I was commended for my commitment to VA's CARE values, professionalism, dedication, and respect for our Veterans.
