Programmed,setup and operated cnc vertical milling machines with fanuc control systems,set up and operated manual rotary tables, bridgeport milling machines,lathes,surface,o.d. and blanchard grinders,Design,fabricate, weld and linebore excavator and wheel loader buckets for the local mining operations, Diagnose advise and repair of hydraulic valve banks,pumps and lift cylinders,waste water pumps and lift stations for municipalities.

• Analyze blueprints, work orders, and other documents to determine material requirements for prototype tool and die sets for the automotive and farm implement industries. My job duties included machining, heat treating, finish grinding, and final testing before shipping these die sets. I organized teams for the implementation of statistics on the machine shop floor, breaking down problem areas, assessing flow charts, and taking corrective measures.
