  • Quickly responding to any issue on the airports 3600 acre land area containing airport or tenant facilities.
  • Troubleshooting, repairing and preventative maintenance of airport baggage conveyor systems and control equipment. Examples include motors, conveyor belts rollers and control cabinets containing VFD's, motor overloads, and contactor's.
  • Take part in a rotating preventative maintenance program for airport wide air handlers, RTU's, chillers and cooling towers.

  • Responsible for overseeing approximately 1,000,000 square feet of class A office, labs and warehouse production space.
  • Individually responsible for approximately 300,000 square feet of office, warehouse and minor lab spaces.
  • Provided daily oversight and training to 3 engineers and maintenance technicians. Training included motor bearing replacement, fire panel operations, monthly generator test runs etc.
  • Worked with Engineering Program Director to manage creation of preventative maintenance programs for new portfolios. PM's included such things as annual fire life safety testing, annual generator load bank and ATS switch confidence testing, annual backflow testing, annual steam boiler internal/external inspection and safety testing.

  • Worked with a team of engineers to oversee approximately 3.5 million square feet of high rise Class A office and lab spaces in the downtown Seattle and Eastlake areas.
  • Individually responsible for 280,000 square feet multi-tenant life science buildings containing cancer research and vivarium lab spaces.
  • Operated steam plant containing three gas-fired, 15 million BTU output, water tube boilers fed from one central DA tank and condensate return system.
  • Operated central utility plant containing 16 pumps, motors and VFD's for purposes of moving chilled, hot and heat recovery water throughout building.
  • Managed work order system (preventative maintenance and tenant request) to ensure work was being thoroughly documented and completed in timely fashion. As well as, to accurately track labor, project, and material costs for client and tenants.
  • Involved in two, multi million dollar tenant improvement projects for cancer research companies in the Seattle portfolio, that saw major or total interior renovations to historical Seattle landmark buildings.

  • Air handlers (Mammoth package units containing coils, compressors, and cooling towers. Various brands of dual tunneled 100% outside air separate supply and exhaust AHU's)
  • Pumps, motors, VFD's (Various sized pumps and motors moving chilled/hot or condensing water loops. VFD's controlling AHU fan walls, boiler and chiller plant pumps, etc.
  • Building automation controls ( 3 years experience with Siemens Insight. Some time spent with Siemens Desigo cc, Metasys JCI and Alerton Compass)
