Individually responsible for 280,000 square feet multi-tenant life science buildings containing cancer research and vivarium lab spaces.
Operated steam plant containing three gas-fired, 15 million BTU output, water tube boilers fed from one central DA tank and condensate return system.
Operated central utility plant containing 16 pumps, motors and VFD's for purposes of moving chilled, hot and heat recovery water throughout building.
Managed work order system (preventative maintenance and tenant request) to ensure work was being thoroughly documented and completed in timely fashion. As well as, to accurately track labor, project, and material costs for client and tenants.
Involved in two, multi million dollar tenant improvement projects for cancer research companies in the Seattle portfolio, that saw major or total interior renovations to historical Seattle landmark buildings.
