My main duty is communicating with Outside Sales Reps as well as customers and making sure all needs are met whether it be inventory inquiries as well as assisting with getting materials ordered, shipped, or quoted. I have supported the top grossing sales rep in the company for the past four and a half years.

As branch manager I was responsible for a team 20 employees including sales, warehouse and delivery drivers. My main duties were overseeing daily operations and ,asking sure all orders were entered, pulled, staged and delivered in a timely fashion all while maintaining safety and quality performance each and every day.

My main duty was to answer customer phone calls and assist walk in business with inquiries such as product questions, inventory and pricing. I also was responsible for creating A

a friendly, helpful environment to encourage customers to return again in the future.

Main duties included pulling orders and preparing them to ship by palletizing, labeling and safely wrapping pallets. Also responsible for receiving product and stocking the warehouse shelves, either by hand or forklift.
