As a Lead Network Service technician, i oversaw a group of 10 Technicians, affectively planning, scheduling and executing customer premise installations. Project oversight was a key attribute required to ensure a seamless and timely completion of an assigned task.

• In my role as a Network Service Technician i was responsible for The Installation, termination and testing of Category 5E and 6A and its requirements to deliver services to the end customer.
• I also have gained the knowledge in setting up Customer Premise equipment such as Optical Network Termination devices and Routers.
• To name some of the basics such as Static and standard IP addressing, DHCP Reservations, WIFI networks etc.

• In my role as an Outside plant technician i was responsible for the instillation of underground Fiber optic plant, successfully implementing and terminating outside plant cables to the customer premise.
• I have 15 years of on the job experience in operating heavy equipment installing, Splicing, and testing of Fiber optic cable, delivering Internet, telephone, and television service to customers.
