I have gotten the opportunity to work as a safety associate understanding the ins and outs of actually being safe at work.
I have gotten the opportunity to also work as a womens shoe associate at macys and at finish line at macys i got the chance to understand all of the different areas and meet and engage with many different customers.
As an overnight lead night auditor at the hotel i got to experience the true definition of showing a customer they come first every need or want i had to make sure it was complete and i genuinely enjoyed being a service to every member that came to my hotel and making sure they were accommodated for everything that made it a bad experience for them.
Now as an assistant store manager at a jewelry store i am getting the full experience of everything i have learned over the past years, how to engage with each customer differently, how to see what each customer needs, how to sale an item to a customer without making them feel uncomfortable. I have gotten the chance to work closely with my store manager on training new employees, doing interviews, making sure the store is up to part at all times and most importantly managing everything that needs to be managed as the store managers second line of help.
