I pride myself on my work ethic and ability to positively contribute to a team. Working independently is something I have no issues with, once given tasks to complete I am able to create a schedule and plan for the day and hit the ground running. I also really enjoy getting to work as a team, I truly enjoy getting help my coworkers make their day flow as soothly as possible as that is what is going to ensure the best care for our patients. A positive work environment is so important, though some days will be harder than others I like to be the coworker that others can count on no matter the type of day, doing what ever I can to make the shift as productive and positive as possible. Along with helping my coworkers it brings me emence joy to assist my patients and their family's with any questions they may have about the current or future status of their health and care plan. Being a New Grad Nurse brings many positive attributes to the table one being that I have spent the last 2 years being able to relearn new skills and teachers in a matter of a week to ensure that I am the best student possible for the remainder of the semester, I plan to continue that fast adapting and learning into my career as a Nurse.
