• Responsible for the upkeep, support, and daily operations of Business Photos America Inc. regarding the computer system and data.
• Duties include
• Maintaining the main servers with just under 10 Terabytes of Google Maps raw data, Includes security, backup, updates, and links to backend Google MAPS systems.
• Maintaining the office and remote users' laptops, Security, updates, and daily support.
• Raw Camera Data
• Responsible for keeping the photographer's raw Google Maps camera data organized and safe, copying it to the Main server, and keeping the original data cards from the field.
• Support, Keeping the flow of data from the Photographers to the editors, to the back end of Google Maps, Retrieving the Maps data back for the programmers to do the custom work for customers.

My responsibilities was everything computer and data-related.

• Outlined work plans, determined resources, wrote timelines, and generated initial budgets as part of project scope determination.
• Developed project management roadmap to define project objectives, timelines and milestones.
• Led and managed staff of [130 ] team members engaged in administering complex IT infrastructure.
• Participated in professional development activities to improve tutorial skills and grow cultural competence and reflection skills.
• Acting as Field Focal Point of the RJ Regional and working together with the Project team in the Implementation of New units at Brazil Level and New Projects of PDAs in the sales area of CDDs and CDCs.:
• Streamlined project processes by implementing Agile methodologies, resulting in increased efficiency and reduced costs.

• Troubleshot incidents reported by end-users to schedule system changes and identify permanent solutions.
• Analyzed existing systems and databases and recommended enhancements to solve business needs
