About me

As a first-generation college student, my educational journey represents more than personal achievement  it represents opportunity, sacrifice, and responsibility. Being the first in my family to navigate higher education has taught me resilience, independence, and the importance of building pathways for those who come after me. I approach my academic and leadership roles with the understanding that I am setting a foundation not only for myself, but for future generations.

My Catholic faith plays a central role in how I lead and serve. I value integrity, service, and humility, and I strive to reflect those principles in my daily actions. Faith has grounded me during challenges and reminds me that leadership is not about recognition, but about responsibility and impact.

As a Senator for the Student Government Association, I actively represent and advocate for the voices of my peers. This role has strengthened my communication skills, decision-making ability, and commitment to collaborative leadership. I am passionate about creating opportunities for students to feel heard and supported. Long-term, I aspire to build a career in finance and leadership that allows me to mentor first-generation students and invest back into the communities that shaped me.
