  • APPLY POLICIES AND REGULATIONS TO COMPANY OPERATIONS: Serve as a Senior Level expert and advisor for 35 Judges, 60 Legal Clerks, and 12 Attorney Advisors ensuring affirmative employment actions are conducted and followed; lead employees in the resolution of problems related to employee relations, benefits and company policies.   • COURT OPERATIONS: Monitored case intake and tracking for non-detained, detained, and juvenile immigration cases using an automated case management system (CASE). Managed resources needed to conduct administrative and docket management and to promote the efficiency of case flow by establishing dedicated dockets for all special situation cases to include unaccompanied minor cases and family units, by setting up detained and non-detained juvenile dockets and FERM dockets for the families. Managed case files to ensure availability and reliability of information needed to respond to requests for information from courts, attorneys, and the public. Provided appropriate equal employment advice and guidance to managers and employees by providing quarterly training and improving the Company Affirmative Action compliance from 75% to 95%. Proofread over 500 personnel actions, to include Awards, pay inquiries, NCOERs, and OERs, before being submitted for approval. Conducted over 60 Staff Assistance Visits (SAV) to identify any discrepancies within individual departments and briefed the finding to the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) Commander and his leadership team.
