Started at the Naples branch in the warehouse and roof loading for 3 years then moved up to inside sales and customer service for a year, later got the chance to be the backup Delivery Service Manager and after a couple months became the Delivery Service Manager at another branch in fort myers. While working inside the office I maintained high levels of customer satisfaction through diligent communication, consistently meeting deadlines, and adapting to project changes. Also made sure our guys at the jobsites had all of the safety equipment they needed.
Got to move up the ranks for knowing a little more about the food and restaurant business. When new hires came into the business was a challenge, because we had to make sure to train how they can do their best to give good customer service and for them to teach later future new hires. Also ensured accurate order taking and input into POS systems, reducing errors in food preparation and billing processes. In the kitchen we had to make sure we were having high quality standards because that what our customer want from us and making sure they get the right food and good quality. Although customer service is the main key to our job but also having cleanness and good station work and making sure everything is update.
