Safelite Technician responsibility of Repairing or Installing windshields. Techs would also have responsibility of having all bays clean and swept. Repairs also had variances of detailed steps that are crucial to the repair process, Pre inspections where always a must assuring viechles of prior damage before having inshop/mobile techs repair repairable rock chip(s). Installment process was a bit more processed before actually installing curtain windshield(s). Pre- inspection of the glass making curtain that windshield(s) is clear of scratches, chips, distortions, and of course correct invoice numbers and work orders always matched for corresponding viechle(s). Post inspections where also a must in verifying vehicle is in safe condition and of course great driving conditions. Customer service was a must in making sure customer was satisfied in repair/installment. Customers would more than often leave great reviews on how great and efficient in repairs/instals. And most of time pay always was based on customer relations and technician service.
