Manage everyday operations in the busiest store in the valley. Responsibilities Include, scheduling, hiring, Ordering, dealing with Customers as a service advisor and customer complaints. I basically fix any issues with vehicles that may come up that my techs cannot do (If a drain plug or a filter won't come off). I am also the main tech for the shop. I do all the services that we offer as well as sell them. I train all the techs to do them when possible. We mainly do fuel filters on diesel and gas engines. Spark plugs, Brakes in the past, Flushes including, transmissions, radiators, power steering and brake fluid. We do fuel system cleanings and a few other services. Everything at the shop I am Responsible for.
