As a Branch Supervisor in the field of mitigation services, I oversee the efficient operation and management of all aspects of branch activities, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to company standards. My role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at delivering exceptional mitigation services and fostering strong client relationships. A few key responsibilities would be, monitoring branch budget and expenses, identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety protocols governing mitigation activities, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, building and nurturing strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and effective communication, and conducting thorough assessments of mitigation requirements, develop comprehensive mitigation plans, and allocate resources accordingly.

Along with daily tasks of a QA Specialist, I formed an ERG( Employee Resource Group) within the company for Hispanic/Latino men and women. The purpose of this group is to promote diversity and inclusion by raising awareness and ensuring group members have a voice.

Performs pre-trip safety inspections on vehicles and equipment; ensures parts and materials are available and on crew truck. - Excavate and backfill holes - Operates trucks, vacuum trucks, backhoes, dozers, compressors, tapping machines, concrete saws, valve machines, jackhammers, pipe cutters, concrete saws, and a wide variety of other hand, hydraulic, and power equipment; checks condition of equipment; cleans and maintains tools and equipment used in the field and shops; inspects, services, and makes minor adjustments to light-medium and heavy-duty equipment. - Draw up maps for service/main gas lines. - Install and repair gas meters. - Observes and complies with all District and mandated safety rules, regulations, and protocols - Documents all worked performed. - Certified/completed excavations training at Sun Belt rentals - Certified in Butt/Socket Fusion, Electrofusion, and Hydraulic Butt fusion.
