I started working in the solar industry back in 2011 building them from the bottom all the way to commissioning. Helping in every aspect, helping new hires and training them on how to be safe and productive at the same time.
I always look for others and like to share new ideas that can help the team be more productive and following safety rules. As a supervisor I communicate with foreman's and craft personnel to be up to date on how things are going on field and try my best to get them any tools or material they may need to keep moving forward and accomplish our goal that is finish our job in a productive and safe way.

- Have Loto In place at substation with all paper work required.
- Work on Inventory of F/R rated gear(Hot Sticks, Gloves & suits) make sure is in good condition and up to date.
- Create IV Curve tree to be ready for IV Curve tracing.
- Check all testing equipment(multimeters, PVA1500, Clamp meters) is in good condition & up to date on calibration.
- Help commissioning people on question they may have on performing testing.
- Switch breakers at substation and apply Loto & isolate main transformers to do maintenance or changes at substation.
- Switch man to backfeed transformers on field inverters.
- Create Loto for substation breakers that feeds solar field transformers for workers to work safely and have workers apply locks to Loto boxes.
- Create Loto for combiner boxes and recombiner boxes as needed for trouble shooting or maintenance on arrays.
- Oversee third party company performing oil samples, fall of potential and vlf testing and help them on their need to move on site to complete their task and finish on schedule.
- Travel to other sites to perform warranty work.
