- As a Deputy Sheriff, I am assigned to the Uniform Patrol Division (Sector 2-Squad 1) to enforce Florida State Laws and County Ordinance violations. I have dealt with high stress critical incidents involving officer involved shootings, natural disasters and armed suicidal subjects. Conducting in depth and prolonged investigations was a skill I acquired as a Deputy Sheriff. I learned to bolster community relations thru proactivity and assisting supervisors with community programs.
- Current squad leader for Sector 2, Squad 1. Vast experience with dealing with a squad of deputies and solving day to day problems they encounter. Exceptional knowledge of administrative work regarding sworn deputies.
- Experience in being a Field Training Officer (FTO). I was tasked with teaching new deputies general law enforcement knowledge, agency orders and directives and general safety.
