* Operate leases in the Pegasus field which consisted of Tank Batteries along with Satellites. Handling Plunger lift, free flow and Beam Units. Got moved to the Nobles route with more production within 3 months. Also created maps for all of our leases for our area.

Created new grease log books for two of the routes.

• Make Safety Observation on Crews decommissioning facilities and wells.
• Go through facilities and confirming all equipment listed on inventory and making changes on any discrepancies.

• Oversee ROW & Ditch on Phantom Pipeline Project for Enlink Midstream. Project consisted of 16 miles of 10" Carbon Steel pipe.
• Oversee 95 acre Grubbing job for Targa Resources for new Plant Build.

• Re-Org took place. New role handled all of Midland Basin which consisted of East and West Wolfberry. Handled the same tasks as M&C Lead, but without the ET's, AT's or ESP Tech under my lead. I then had direct Supervision of M&C Lead, Equipment Tech's, Maintenance planning Tech, Applications Tech and Facility Engineers
• Managed Emissions reductions Project by reducing Venting equipment to non-venting
• Managed Quad O regulations with LDAR, Drone, or State Fly overs and making repairs to anything found emitting gases into the air.
• In all my time with Oxy I worked with Evin, Carte, Lowis, Nexus, OSI PI, Graph Worx, Geo Tab, Google Earth Pro, GIS RRC and many more systems
• Conducted and Participated in many Employment interviews for Pumpers, Construction Specialist, Engineers.
• Participated in Hundreds of PHA, PSSR's and Project reviews

• Maintenance on 500+ wells and 130+ facilities and leases in East Wolfberry
• Manage and supervise 14 direct reports consisting of Electrical Tech's, Automation Tech's, Equipment Tech, Maintenance Techs, ESP Tech, Construction Specialist's along with Maintenance Crews
• Established a warehouse of material for all the day to day maintenance to cut back on downtime in the field and keep production up. Maintain the ordering of all material used day to day
• Manage set up of all flow back during 2-3 drilling rig Project in a Joint Venture with Ecopotrol
• Manage the maintenance of Oxy fleet trucks for our area. Also took care of Rigging new Fleet trucks.
• Manage all Remediation work due to leaks and Spills
• Managed the repairs of all vessel, fire tube, flowline, failures.
• Managed run times and service of all VCU's, VRU's, to keep in OOOO Compliance. Managed repairs of all the Thief Hatches, E-hatches and Enardos

• Managed and Supervised 8 Production Techs in East Wolfberry
• Managed Supervision of 65 Facilities and 240 wells consisting of Beam lift, Gas lift and ESP along with another 70 facilities, 250 wells on the days my back to back Surface lead would go on days off or Vacation.
• Trouble shoot any issues with wells, facilities, Gas lift compressors
• Surveillance through Nexus, Graph Worx, OSI PI, Lowis
• Work with Maximo Techs to keep system updated on equipment along with WO's

• Handled fresh water wells, fresh water lines and fresh water frac pits, for 7-12 drilling Rigs in my area North of Midland to Andrews. Also maintained FW for all Completions
• Handled all the flow line installs for all new drills
• Installed GL Compressors along with manifold systems throughout leases/wells for gas lift.
• Managed and scheduled Flow back for 15 personnel on all the new wells coming on line throughout these 3 years

• Relief Production Tech on a dozen leases throughout Garden City, South Odessa, Monahans, Lockridge WAHA, Pecos area for 9 Different Production Tech's for any sick days or vacations
• Mapped out all roads, leases, wells and facilities using XMap Delorme to facilitate locating by anyone.
• Set up a water distribution line for a 3 rig drilling project south of Odessa, by looping a system with Fresh water pits and Fresh Water stations. Utilized Murphy pressure switches to keep the line pressurized. Linked laterals to any drilling location
• Kept up with well testing on all new wells utilizing portable testers
