I began my airport career with Swissport in 2003 as a ramp agent. I quickly became a lead after working 6 months on the ramp. I then became a supervisor and started a pilot program as a command center speaking to pilots upon arrival and departure. I crossed over and began to train workers in de-icing flights, working closely with both ramp and cargo agents. I then got promoted and was ask to start another pilot program with the maintenance manager in which i took care of all maintenance invoices, part orders, part pickups. In this role i work closely with the mechanics to ensure we where replacing the correct parts on the ramp vehicles and keeping track of expenses.

• Monitored cash intake and deposit records, increasing accuracy, and reducing discrepancies.
