-Monitor that each tower is working correctly and assist the tower in case it does not place the plastic bag correctly.
-Make sure that the cheese bags are well sealed, paying attention to the RG20 machine which is the one that folds the bags for a correct seal.
-Collect cheese samples from the towers to then perform tests in the cheese laboratory such as pH, salt, moisture and enter that information into the MES
-Perform sanitation work, including dry cleaning and cleaning with chemicals (foaming).
-Knowledge of the HMI when starting up both CIP and production
-Perform metal detection work and maintain good records for audits
