Part Time Budtender

Boone Town Provisions
07.2024 - Current
  • I was employed at Boone Town Provisions as a Part Time Budtender before being promoted to Full Time where I did and continue to do many tasks among the Budtending duties.
  • Tasks include keeping the front desk and reception area clean and visually appealing for our customers and keeping things as clean and organized as possible to not only ensure it looks nice and that we are not spreading germs to and from customers, but to also make it easier for my coworkers to find what they are looking for in a timely manor.
  • I help my coworkers and supervisors when needed, I stay late or come in early if a coworker calls out or can not make it with no questions asked.
  • I also “walk the floor” to ensure all products are visible and in a neatly displayed order for easy viewing for our customers.
  • I am also responsible for my cash register and handle cash daily with extreme precision.

Contractor

Best Handyman
09.2011 - 08.2022
  • I worked with a gentleman out of Lake Hiawatha who needed help with his business as he was getting older. I would go out and help him with contracting jobs such as concrete, siding, roofing, flooring, sheetrock, spackle, taping, painting, woodworking and electric. I had to be well rounded in every trade. He ended up trusting me with his business and would send me on my own to speak with customers and give estimates and ultimately complete the job. I worked with him for years on and off, whenever he needed me I was there for him. I did this while holding my other jobs as well.

Superintendent

Knoll Gardens
03.2012 - 04.2017
  • I worked as a superintendent taking care of and overseeing over 1,100 single bedroom and double bedroom apartments. I was responsible for the boiler units in the winter, remodeling or fixing the apartments when a tenant would move out to get it ready for the next tenant as well as fixing any current problems any tenant had in an occupied apartment. I was also responsible for the snow removal in the winter. I built an outstanding reputation among the thousands of tenants there and they started to request that only I enter their apartments for their repairs.

Meat/Seafood Clerk

Stop & Shop
03.2010 - 12.2010
  • I started taking care of the back rooms, blocking and stocking shelves and cleaning the equipment at the end of the day but I quickly rose up due to my work ethic and was working the counter and engaging customers within the first few weeks of working there. The last 3 months I was there I took over the Seafood Managers duties and was in charge of inventory/stock, deliveries and overseeing the seafood department as a whole.

OTHER EXPERIENCE

  • Lacrosse Coach — Head Coach
  • I volunteered to coach little league lacrosse for many years, specifically my nephews teams down in Peapack/Bernards. Since he was a young child I would volunteer to coach his little league and high school teams in the summer and during the regular seasons. He and his teammates graduated in 2024 and we are sending 7 kids to the Division 1 level, 9 kids to the division 2 level and 5 kids to the division 3 levels of college lacrosse where they will started their college lacrosse careers last spring. This is honestly what I’m most proud of out of all of my experiences, getting to lead, shape and mold the minds of these young kids into the determined, strong willed and respectable young men that they are today.
