Evaluation and measurements/impressions for custom foot orthoses as referred by our physicans and mid-level providers. Extremely busy practice with a large personal case load of patients that I have been treating for years. This included taking a detailed patient medical and surgical history, assessment of their gait (walking), documenting various anatomical angles of foot and ankle joints and educating the patient on how their particular foot mechanics relate to their current symptoms such as foot, knee hip and low back pain.


This also included follow up care to make adjustments as needed to the orthotics, or to make modifications based on the patient's change of condition.
