I started in the industry as a pre apprentice and through my apprenticeship I serviced package RTU's, split systems, heat pumps, boilers, refrigeration equipment and was involved in new installations. During my last year as an apprentice I trained under a journeyman working extensively on screw chillers of all manufacturers. Upon graduating the program I broadened my chiller knowledge and continuously worked on screws, centrifugals and absorption chillers along with other ancillary equipment. Among this came several full teardowns at customers sites such as Harris Communications, Thompson Hospital, Gleason Works and Rochester City School District. I was introduced to MCS Control Systems and sold/ installed/ commissioned their control systems onto large tonnage chillers. In 2017 I was promoted Group Leader and currently assist with large and small retrofits, parts ordering, scheduling technicians and assisting/ training apprentices and journeyman as needed. I also work closely with customers, account managers, and the office in general to see that jobs go smoothly and communication is my number one priority.
