On the Civil side I would verify all reinforcement matched the proper mill certs. Monitored the placement of 15' to 80' piles and drilled piers. Verified all reinforcement was correct with approved plans and jobsite specs.

Monitored and observed the installation of reinforcement for pile caps, foundations, and pedestals. Verified asphalt mix designs and monitored placement. Witnessed the installation of epoxy dowels and anchor rod. Also witnessed the installation of mechanical anchor rods. Coordinate with the 3rd party deputies to witness all inspections as well as the city inspectors when needed.

On the piping side attend pre construnction meetings with engineers, and clients rep. Schedule any base line NDE that needs to be preformed before work can be done if need be. VT all the welds and bolt ups verifying everything meets code and jobsite spec requirement. Create QC packages and weld maps to track progress and job quality. Call in and coordinate with the NDE techs and make sure all welds met the proper requirement. Verify craft is using correct process and electrodes according to the WPS. Walk down pipe packages with the clients, including hydro test and blow downs. Verify the installation of correct valves, guides, and shoes.

Checked all processes and electrodes complied with the WPS. Verified everything was as called out on the approved plans was installed per drawing. After all work is preformed get all signatures needed from the clients rep before final package

On the structural steel side I verified all material was accounted for on the mill certs. I preformed visual test on all welded members as well as turn of the nut for bolted members. Making sure everything met code and job site spec requirement. I coordinated with the NDE techs to UT the welds that needed testing and verified they passed. Include all the NDE information in the package.

I have been doing periodic wood inspections since March of last year. December of last year I Finley got serious about it and have incorporated and insured myself. Since then I have done periodic and continuous inspection for all certifications that I have.
