- Schultz Mechanical my position here is very similar to Harder Mechanical however now since have more certifications I use my welding inspection license and inspect a lot more Electrical and Mechanical HVAC work. I inspect everything and make sure that all work meets the minimum requirements called out on the registered construction documents before scheduling any deputies or the city if necessary. I use the inspection software that is significant to this refinery to track the inspections and report any inspections or discrepancies that need to be addressed and fixed before the job can advance. I use daily Bluebeam, Word, Excel and company email.

- As a Quality Control Inspector for Harder Mechanical I would look over a lot of various trades to make sure they met all the current codes and standards for their jurisdiction. I would over see any civil work, mechanical HVAC, and welding of structural steel and piping. I would check everything and once it met all minimum requirements called out on the approved construction documents I would then proceed to schedule any special and city inspections. Once the deputies and city if applicable arrived I would present to them all the current constriction documents and walk them through the work that was done and verify with them that everything was code compliant. I would use system software that Harder Mechanical used to track the inspections and mark off what had been inspected and uo coming areas of inspection as well. I would use computer programs like Bluebeam, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
