I have learned different computer programs and have to be efficient with the computer. I sell equipment to contractors, farmers, landscapers and home owners. I deal with a variety of personalities so I have to be diverse and understand their needs. Costumers will tell me what kind of work they're doing and I would be the problem solver and get tem the right equipment. I complete the sale and continue to follow up and build the relationship.

I'm doing well here, but I do not like commission based pay. I am leaving on good terms.

• I would train adult students for site work development , pre-trip inspections and safe operation of heavy equipment. I would manage a new class every 4 weeks. This was a NCCER accredited course so I was a certified NCCER instructor. I would teach them out of a book , but mainly taught my experience and knowledge to them. I would have to manage each student's progress and either pass or fail them. I would schedule each student's time on the equipment and other learning projects to ensure the class stayed on schedule. We would simulate construction projects from installing silt fence , land clearing site work and grading. I would test each student on a pre-trip inspection and safe operation on excavators, bulldozers, backhoes and front-end loaders. I also taught CDL driving and prepared students for the CDL state driving test.

• I would be in charge of relocating people's belongings and furniture all over the country.

• I was in charge of the sewer department's pipe crew. We would replace old pipes throughout the city as needed. I would ensure the crews worked safely and correctly. We would do small and major repairs on pipes, lift stations and manholes, also complete rehabs. I'd make a list of materials and equipment we would need and schedule out our jobs accordingly. I would ensure MOT ( maintenance on traffic) was set up properly and supervise the digging and rehab being done. After we complete a job, I would then draw up as-builds.
