- Conductor for the WPC Chamber Orchestra, a community orchestra in Wayne, PA, made up of adults, college students, and high school musicians, all with varying skill levels and experiences.
- Select repertoire that inspires both the musicians in the orchestra and our audiences. Selections that both challenge the more experienced players, while not overwhelming the less experienced players. Often, this involves transposing parts, creating alternate parts for some, and even writing my own transcriptions for the orchestra.
- Perform the prelude, anthem, offertory, hymns, and postlude for worship services six to seven Sundays per year at Wayne Presbyterian Church.
- Collaborate with the WPC Choir and vocal soloists on hymns and other repertoire when warranted.

- Select the string methods and the solo repertoire for students studying in CCAO.
- Teach private lessons to students (CCAO).
- Oversee and artistically advise the other string teachers who teach our students in the Cornerstone Christian Academy Orchestra.
- Attend CCAO board meetings, prepare reports, and collaborate with the advisory board to grow the program and serve more students.
