• Scheduling and managing a team of up to 30 employees

• Effectively and efficiently coordinated with team members using a mixture of radio communication, flashlight signaling, and used pre established routes to safely remove problem patrons

• Maintaining crowd security, both indoors an outdoors, at large, live events
